The family software program you use may have a conversion process built into its system and this, of course, is the simplest method for conversion of your information. The conversion process in Windows is usually found under "File, Save As", or "File, Export".

If you are unsure how to convert your family file into a gedcom, once you have received your password to access the member side of our web site, you will find information under "Main Menu/Features/How To" which will provide instructions and/or guidance on the process. If you are still uncertain or unsure of the process, please contact Doug MacMillan or the Web Editor for further information.
