Initiation Fee: This is a one-time-only fee which must be paid at the start of your membership. The Initiation Fee has been established by the Executive Committee (until further notice) at $40.00.

If you answered "Yes" for contribution, please submit a "gedcom" formatted file of your lineage to Doug MacMillan, Family Genealogist, at dougiemac@comcast.net To convert your family file information to a GEDCOM, there are a number of different ways and programs to assist you with the process. The family software program you use may have a conversion process built into its system and this, of course, is the simplest method for conversion of your information. The conversion process in Windows is usually found under "File, Save As", or "File, Export".

If you are unsure how to convert your family file into a gedcom, once you have received your password to access the member side of our web site, you will find information under "Main Menu/Features/How To" which will provide instructions and/or guidance on the process. If you are still uncertain or unsure of the process, please contact Doug MacMillan or the Web Editor for further information.

If your information is only in handwritten format, please make a copy or include this information along with your application and advise that you need assistance. If, however, you have your information in a word processing format, please email it as an attachment to Web Editor and I will set it up or convert it for submission. If you need to send in your family lineage information at a later date, please mail a copy to Barbara Fitzsenry (Web Editor) at:
